Tak\u00e9to odstrely sa vykon\u00e1vaj\u00fa v miestach, kde je zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fd pohyb \u013eud\u00ed, za \u00fa\u010delom zv\u00fd\u0161enia bezpe\u010dnosti. Tak\u00e9to odstrely sa doned\u00e1vna vykon\u00e1vali v\u00fdhradne pomocou trhaviny, ktor\u00fa bolo treba bezpe\u010dne transportova\u0165 na lav\u00ednov\u00fd svah vy\u0161kolen\u00fdmi pracovn\u00edkmi Horskej z\u00e1chrannej slu\u017eby s odbornou sp\u00f4sobilos\u0165ou Pyrotechnik z\u00e1chran\u00e1r. Pr\u00edstup na dan\u00e9 lokality je mimoriadne obtia\u017eny, n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd a v neposlednom rade aj nebezpe\u010dn\u00fd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ly\u017eiarske stredisk\u00e1 s\u00fa \u010dastokr\u00e1t ohrozovan\u00e9 lav\u00ednami. Na zabezpe\u010denie bezpe\u010dnej prev\u00e1dzky ly\u017eiarskych stred\u00edsk vybudovala Horsk\u00e1 z\u00e1chrann\u00e1 slu\u017eba stacion\u00e1rny syst\u00e9m na prevent\u00edvny odstrel lav\u00edn. Projekt s n\u00e1zvom  \u201eKomplexn\u00fd syst\u00e9m v\u010dasn\u00e9ho varovania, pripravenosti a vyd\u00e1vania adresn\u00fdch a v\u010dasn\u00fdch v\u00fdstrah pred rizikami v horskom prostred\u00ed\u201c bol financovan\u00fd formou nen\u00e1vratn\u00e9ho finan\u010dn\u00e9ho pr\u00edspevku z Eur\u00f3pskeho fondu region\u00e1lneho rozvoja v r\u00e1mci Opera\u010dn\u00e9ho programu Kvalita \u017eivotn\u00e9ho prostredia. Stacion\u00e1rny syst\u00e9m na prevent\u00edvny odstrel lav\u00edn funguje na princ\u00edpe fyzik\u00e1lneho v\u00fdbuchu. Deton\u00e1cia je zabezpe\u010den\u00e1 zmie\u0161an\u00edm v\u00fdbu\u0161nej zmesi plynov a ich zap\u00e1len\u00edm. Deton\u00e1ciu je mo\u017en\u00e9 spusti\u0165 z bezpe\u010dnej vzdialenosti r\u00e1diovo a odpad\u00e1 tak nutnos\u0165 transportova\u0165 trhavinu do miesta chcen\u00e9ho uvo\u013enenia lav\u00edny.  Stacion\u00e1rny syst\u00e9m sa pred sez\u00f3nou transportuje na lokalitu a zost\u00e1va v pohotovosti po\u010das celej zimnej sez\u00f3ny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po\u010das v\u00edkendu 29-30.01.2022 panovalo na hor\u00e1ch nepriazniv\u00e9 po\u010dasie. Evidovali sme v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 snehov\u00e9 zr\u00e1\u017eky a mimoriadne siln\u00fd vietor, ktor\u00fd dosahoval silu v\u00edchrice. Pracovn\u00edci Horskej z\u00e1chrannej slu\u017eby v s\u00fa\u010dinnosti s prev\u00e1dzkovate\u013eom strediska najprv uzatvorili zjazdovku a zabezpe\u010dili v\u0161etky pr\u00edjazdov\u00e9 trasy do \u017e\u013eabu a trasy lav\u00edny. Odstrel uvo\u013enil mas\u00edvnu lav\u00ednu ktorej odtrh mal v\u00fd\u0161ku od 60 po 150cm a celkov\u00fa d\u013a\u017eku a\u017e 185m. D\u013a\u017eka dr\u00e1hy lav\u00edny bola 1,3 km a jej n\u00e1nos dosiahol ly\u017eiarsku tra\u0165.  V mieste odtrhu lav\u00edny, bol n\u00e1sledne vykonan\u00fd test stability snehovej pokr\u00fdvky, ktor\u00fd odhalil vysok\u00fa nestabilitu.  V pr\u00edpade spont\u00e1nneho uvo\u013enenia takejto lav\u00edny po\u010das prev\u00e1dzky ly\u017eiarskej trate, by to mohlo ma\u0165 tragick\u00e9 n\u00e1sledky. Mo\u017eno tak kon\u0161tatova\u0165, \u017ee stacion\u00e1rny syst\u00e9m bol vybudovan\u00fd na vhodnej lokalite a jeho pou\u017e\u00edvanie za\u010d\u00edna &#8222;prin\u00e1\u0161a\u0165
