Posledn\u00e1 nehoda &#8211; 9. m\u00e1ja<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>2 obete lav\u00edn, 12 zranen\u00fdch <\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Napriek lockdownu vysok\u00e1 n\u00e1v\u0161tevnos\u0165 h\u00f4r<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>V\u00ddVOJ PO\u010cASIA  A LAV\u00cdNOV\u00c9HO NEBEZPE\u010cENSTVA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sez\u00f3na 20\/21 bola zo za\u010diatku snehovo podpriemern\u00e1. V decembri nebol vo vo\u013enom ter\u00e9ne takmer \u017eiadny sneh. Ly\u017eova\u0165 sa dalo iba v ly\u017eiarskych stredisk\u00e1ch s umel\u00fdm zasne\u017eovan\u00edm. Koncom decembra sa ale situ\u00e1cia v\u00fdrazne zmenila a za\u010dalo sne\u017ei\u0165. Sne\u017eenie prich\u00e1dzalo od juhu a napr\u00edklad v N\u00edzkych Tatr\u00e1ch vtedy napadlo za dva dni 50 a\u017e 80 cm snehu. Ve\u013ea sne\u017eilo aj vo Ve\u013ekej Fatre. V t\u00fdchto dvoch pohoriach bola s\u00favisl\u00e1 pokr\u00fdvka u\u017e od cca 900 mn.m. a podmienky na skialp boli v\u00fdborn\u00e9. Naopak v severnej\u0161\u00edch pohoriach (Mal\u00e1 Fatra, Z\u00e1padn\u00e9 Tatry, Vysok\u00e9 Tatry) bol pohyb na ly\u017eiach e\u0161te obmedzen\u00fd. Objavili sa aj lav\u00ednov\u00e9 nehody. Prv\u00e1 v\u00e1\u017enej\u0161ia sa udiala v Dere\u0161skom kotli v N\u00edzkych Tatr\u00e1ch, kde bol strhnut\u00fd jeden skialpinista, ktor\u00fd utrpel zranenie nohy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed aligncenter is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<span class=\"embed-youtube\" style=\"text-align:center; display: block;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"youtube-player\" width=\"700\" height=\"394\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/QhJfTkvHrL0?version=3&#038;rel=1&#038;showsearch=0&#038;showinfo=1&#038;iv_load_policy=1&#038;fs=1&#038;hl=sk-SK&#038;autohide=2&#038;wmode=transparent\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" style=\"border:0;\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts allow-same-origin allow-popups allow-presentation allow-popups-to-escape-sandbox\"><\/iframe><\/span>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Situ\u00e1cia sa za\u010dala meni\u0165 v polovici janu\u00e1ra a sneh postupne prib\u00fadal u\u017e vo v\u0161etk\u00fdch pohoriach. &nbsp;V Malej Fatre, Z\u00e1padn\u00fdch a Vysok\u00fdch Tatr\u00e1ch napadlo od 13-teho do 15-teho janu\u00e1ra miestami a\u017e 80 cm snehu. Bolo chladno, sneh bol \u013eahk\u00fd, premrznut\u00fd, prachov\u00fd. Lav\u00ednov\u00e9 nebezpe\u010denstvo bolo zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 (3.stupe\u0148). Op\u00e4\u0165 sa objavili lav\u00edny aj s \u00fa\u010das\u0165ou \u010dloveka. Zauj\u00edmav\u00e1 bola napr\u00edklad nehoda v Lomnickom sedle, kde si dvaja skialpinisti uvo\u013enili lav\u00ednu medzi snehov\u00fdmi z\u00e1branami. T\u00e1 ich \u00faplne zasypala a pritla\u010dila o \u017eelezn\u00fa kon\u0161trukciu. Mali \u0161\u0165astie \u017ee v\u010faka z\u00e1bran\u00e1m mali z jednej strany pr\u00edsun vzduchu. Z n\u00e1nosu sa im podarilo svojpomocne vyhraba\u0165. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-3 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\"><ul situ\u00e1cia nebola tak\u00e1 nebezpe\u010dn\u00e1 aj ke\u010f sa objavilo p\u00e1r men\u0161\u00edch lav\u00edn. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>LAV\u00cdNOV\u00c1 DRUH\u00c1 POLOVICA FEBRU\u00c1RA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V prvom febru\u00e1rovom t\u00fd\u017edni vrcholilo oteplenie \u2013 tepl\u00fd vlhk\u00fd vzduch sa nad na\u0161e \u00fazemia pres\u00faval z juhu a priniesol zr\u00e1\u017eky vo forme da\u017e\u010fa a\u017e do 1500 m n.m. a niekde aj vy\u0161\u0161ie \u2013 snehov\u00e1 pokr\u00fdvka v stredn\u00fdch poloh\u00e1ch sadala a prem\u00e1\u010dala sa. V\u00fdrazn\u00e9 oteplenie aj v najvy\u0161\u0161\u00edch poloh\u00e1ch sp\u00f4sobilo, \u017ee vo viacer\u00fdch pohoriach sme evidovali spont\u00e1nne lav\u00edny z tepla. Zo soboty (6.2.2021) na nede\u013eu sme e\u0161te zaznamenali saharsk\u00fd prach, ktor\u00fd sa do na\u0161ich horsk\u00fdch oblast\u00ed dostal vo v\u00fd\u0161kovom juhoz\u00e1padnom pr\u00faden\u00ed. Po\u010dasie u n\u00e1s riadilo front\u00e1lne rozhranie, ktor\u00e9 neust\u00e1le prin\u00e1\u0161alo mierne zr\u00e1\u017eky a vietor, ten sa menil od juhoz\u00e1padu na severoz\u00e1pad. Postupne pri\u0161lo ochladenie, v\u010faka ktor\u00e9mu povrch snehovej pokr\u00fdvky stvrdol. Studen\u00fd arktick\u00fd vzduch sa nad na\u0161e \u00fazemie za\u010dal nas\u00fava\u0165 v stredu 11.2.2021 skoro r\u00e1no. Studen\u00fd vzduch prich\u00e1dzal od z\u00e1padu, v stredu r\u00e1no bola teda v z\u00e1padnej\u0161\u00edch pohoriach ove\u013ea ni\u017e\u0161ia teplota ako napr\u00edklad vo Vysok\u00fdch Tatr\u00e1ch, a to aj o 1000 m vy\u0161\u0161ie. To malo za n\u00e1sledok n\u00e1rast stup\u0148a lav\u00ednov\u00e9ho nebezpe\u010denstva na ZV\u00dd\u0160EN\u00c9 (3. stupe\u0148). D\u00f4vodom bolo, \u017ee ve\u013emi siln\u00fd vietor transportoval takmer v\u0161etok nov\u00fd sneh na z\u00e1vetern\u00e9 strany pohor\u00ed, kde vytvoril ve\u013emi tvrd\u00e9 a nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 dosky. Negat\u00edvnym faktorom boli aj ve\u013emi n\u00edzke teploty, ktor\u00e9 v najvy\u0161\u0161\u00edch poloh\u00e1ch dosiahli -29\u00b0C. Tvrd\u00e9 snehov\u00e9 dosky zapr\u00ed\u010dinili viacero lav\u00ednov\u00fdch incidentov v nasleduj\u00facom obdob\u00ed v N\u00edzkych Tatr\u00e1ch, Malej Fatre a Z\u00e1padn\u00fdch Tatr\u00e1ch. Medzi in\u00fdmi aj jedin\u00fa smrte\u013en\u00fa lav\u00ednov\u00fa nehodu sez\u00f3ny pod Kondratovou kopou. Na hor\u00e1ch bolo iba mal\u00e9 alebo mierne lav\u00ednov\u00e9 nebezpe\u010denstvo. 6.3 &#8211; 7.3. pribudlo 20 &#8211; 30 cm snehu na severe Tatier a objavilo sa aj nieko\u013eko mal\u00fdch lav\u00edn na ve\u013emi strm\u00fdch svahoch. Nikto v\u0161ak nebol \u00faplne zasypan\u00fd ani zranen\u00fd. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>MARCOV\u00c9 LAV\u00cdNY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Napriek tomu, \u017ee za\u010diatkom marca to u\u017e u\u017e vyzeralo, \u017ee zima ide&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/blog.laviny.sk\/?p=7883\">skon\u010di\u0165<\/a>, v predposledn\u00fd marcov\u00fd t\u00fd\u017ede\u0148 uk\u00e1zala op\u00e4\u0165 svoju silu. V piatok 12.3.2021 zasiahlo slovensk\u00e9 hory juhoz\u00e1padn\u00e9 pr\u00fadenie s tepl\u00fdm frontom, ktor\u00fd priniesol zr\u00e1\u017eky, siln\u00fd vietor a jemn\u00e9 oteplenie. Vietor usilovne transportoval zr\u00e1\u017eky na v\u00fdchodn\u00e9 orient\u00e1cie na tvrd\u00fd \u013eadov\u00fd podklad. U\u017e v sobotu 13.3.2021 sme zaznamenali&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/blog.laviny.sk\/?p=7969\">lav\u00ednov\u00fa nehodu v Malej Fatre na Pekeln\u00edku<\/a>. \u010eal\u0161ia lav\u00ednov\u00e1 nehoda sa udiala hne\u010f na druh\u00fd de\u0148 v nede\u013eu&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/blog.laviny.sk\/?p=7939\">14.3.2021 vo Vysok\u00fdch Tatr\u00e1ch na Prednom Solisku<\/a>. V pondelok 15.3. sa odtrhla \u010fal\u0161ia lav\u00edna (na videu ni\u017e\u0161ie), no v\u010faka isteniu na lane skon\u010dila \u0161\u0165astne. V\u0161etky tri lav\u00ednov\u00e9 nehody sa stali na v\u00fdchodn\u00fdch orient\u00e1ci\u00e1ch po ve\u013ekom dodato\u010dnom za\u0165a\u017een\u00ed, dve s\u00edce s \u0165a\u017ek\u00fdmi zraneniami, ale bez obet\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<span class=\"embed-youtube\" style=\"text-align:center; display: block;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"youtube-player\" width=\"700\" height=\"394\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/8Dg1r__h3Lw?version=3&#038;rel=1&#038;showsearch=0&#038;showinfo=1&#038;iv_load_policy=1&#038;fs=1&#038;hl=sk-SK&#038;autohide=2&#038;wmode=transparent\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" style=\"border:0;\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts allow-same-origin allow-popups allow-presentation allow-popups-to-escape-sandbox\"><\/iframe><\/span>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Marec potom pokra\u010doval nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdmi lav\u00ednov\u00fdmi podmienkami. V pondelok 22.3.2021 k n\u00e1m dorazil v\u00fdrazn\u00fd front od severoz\u00e1padu, ktor\u00fd priniesol vietor o sile v\u00edchrice. Ten pretrval a\u017e do stredy. Do toho pri\u0161lo aj v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 sne\u017eenie a vo Vysok\u00fdch a Z\u00e1padn\u00fdch Tatr\u00e1ch napadlo za tieto tri dni okolo 40 a\u017e 50 cm nov\u00e9ho snehu. Sneh bol vetrom rozmiestnen\u00fd ve\u013emi nerovnomerne. T\u00e1to situ\u00e1cia sp\u00f4sobila, \u017ee v spomenut\u00fdch pohoriach bol vyhl\u00e1sen\u00fd 3. stupe\u0148 lav\u00ednov\u00e9ho nebezpe\u010denstva. Najprv \u017diarskej doline pod Prostredn\u00fdm gr\u00fa\u0148om a potom pod Jakubinou v Jamn\u00edckej doline. Bilancia bola traja zranen\u00ed, no na\u0161\u0165astie nikto nepri\u0161iel o \u017eivot. Na hor\u00e1ch sa striedali studen\u00e9 fronty, nasledovan\u00e9 tlakov\u00fdmi v\u00fd\u0161ami a pekn\u00fdm po\u010das\u00edm. Vystriedalo sa v\u0161etko mo\u017en\u00e9 od n\u00e1hlych zvratov po\u010dasia po kr\u00fapy a n\u00edzke teploty. Slne\u010dn\u00e9 po\u010dasie sa intenz\u00edvne striedalo so snehov\u00fdmi preh\u00e1nkami aj viac kr\u00e1t za de\u0148. Toto v\u0161etko sa prejavilo aj na stabilite a vlastnostiach snehu. Sne\u017eilo pri n\u00edzkych teplot\u00e1ch a sneh bol naozaj prachovo nad\u00fdchan\u00fd. ZV\u00dd\u0160EN\u00c9 lav\u00ednov\u00e9 nebezpe\u010denstvo bolo zv\u00e4\u010d\u0161a vo Vysok\u00fdch a Z\u00e1padn\u00fdch Tatr\u00e1ch. Objavili sa aj lav\u00edny. V piatok 9. 4. spadla lav\u00edna v centr\u00e1lnom \u017e\u013eabe (SV orient\u00e1cia) zo Salat\u00edna a strhla skialpnistu pri v\u00fd\u0161lape a tie\u017e na takej istej orient\u00e1cii si odtrhol skialpinista lav\u00ednu pri zjazde v oblasti Z\u00e1k\u013euk v N\u00edzkych Tatr\u00e1ch. 10.4. spadla lav\u00edna zo sedla Parichvost v Z\u00e1padn\u00fdch Tatr\u00e1ch (na videu ni\u017e\u0161ie). V\u0161etky tieto nehody skon\u010dili bez v\u00e1\u017enych zranen\u00ed. V stredu 14.4. spadli \u010fal\u0161ie dve doskov\u00e9 lav\u00edny vo Vysok\u00fdch Tatr\u00e1ch. Vo Ve\u013ekej Studenej doline pod Studen\u00fdm sedlom a vo Franc\u00fazskej mulde. Lav\u00edna vo Franc\u00fazskej mulde vznikla mal\u00fdm dodato\u010dn\u00fdm za\u0165a\u017een\u00edm, pri ly\u017eovan\u00ed. Lav\u00edna nikoho nezasiahla a ani ly\u017eiar nebol strhnut\u00fd. Mala v\u0161ak celkom slu\u0161n\u00fa hr\u00fabku. St\u00e1le bolo chladno, aj sneh e\u0161te prib\u00fadal. To platilo ale iba vo vy\u0161\u0161\u00edch pohoriach. Vo Fatr\u00e1ch u\u017e bola iba nes\u00favisl\u00e1 snehov\u00e1 pokr\u00fdvka. Pravideln\u00e9 vyd\u00e1vanie lav\u00ednov\u00fdch spr\u00e1v sme ukon\u010dili 3.5.2021, no podmienky e\u0161te boli miestami nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9. Sved\u010d\u00ed o tom aj posledn\u00e1 nehoda sez\u00f3ny pri ktorej sa v Bachledovej \u0161trbine zranil jeden skialpinista. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CELKOV\u00c9 ZHODNOTENIE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Celkovo mo\u017eno poveda\u0165 \u017ee zima s\u00edce za\u010dala neskoro, no potom bola snehovo celkom bohat\u00e1 hlavne spo\u010diatku v N\u00edzkych Tatr\u00e1ch a Ve\u013ekej Fatre. Je to zjavne aj z grafu ni\u017e\u0161ie, kde je zobrazen\u00e9 porovnanie v\u00fd\u0161ky snehu v tejto sez\u00f3ne s priemernou v\u00fd\u0161kou snehu za sez\u00f3ny 1972 a\u017e 2011. Nadpriemern\u00fd bol ale hlavne apr\u00edl. To plat\u00ed aj pre Vysok\u00e9 a Z\u00e1padn\u00e9 Tatry. Zranen\u00fdch ale bolo 12 \u013eud\u00ed, \u010do je v\u00fdrazne nad priemerom. Smrte\u013en\u00e1 bola iba jedna nehoda, pod Kondr\u00e1tovou kopou, kde zahynuli dvaja \u013eudia. D\u00f4vody v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ieho po\u010dtu lav\u00edn m\u00f4\u017eu by\u0165 dva. Prv\u00fdm je to, \u017ee boli objekt\u00edvne nebezpe\u010dne poveternostn\u00e9 podmienky a dostato\u010dn\u00e1 snehov\u00e1 pokr\u00fdvka aj v ni\u017e\u0161\u00edch pohoriach. Druh\u00fdm m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 pokra\u010duj\u00faci rozvoj skialpinizmu. \u013dudia sa vo v\u00fdraznej\u0161ej miere pohybuj\u00fa v zimn\u00fdch hor\u00e1ch, \u010do logicky vedie aj k v\u00e4\u010d\u0161iemu po\u010dtu lav\u00edn. Na jednej strane je super, \u017ee \u013eudia \u0161portuj\u00fa, no na druhej strane, za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00facim skialpinistom mo\u017eno trochu ch\u00fdbaj\u00fa potrebn\u00e9 znalosti a sk\u00fasenosti. Niekedy aj v\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00ed re\u0161pekt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V tejto sez\u00f3ne sme sa my (SLP HZS), aj verejnos\u0165 dozvedeli o v\u00e4\u010d\u0161om po\u010dte lav\u00edn, hlavne v\u010faka soci\u00e1lnym sie\u0165am. T\u00fdmto by sme chceli po\u010fakova\u0165 v\u0161etk\u00fdm, ktor\u00ed n\u00e1m posielaj\u00fa inform\u00e1cie, fotky a vide\u00e1. V\u0161etky tieto d\u00e1ta m\u00f4\u017eu pom\u00f4c\u0165 pri presnej\u0161om vyd\u00e1van\u00ed lav\u00ednov\u00fdch spr\u00e1v, ale aj pre \u0161irok\u00fa verejnos\u0165, pri pl\u00e1novan\u00ed svojich t\u00far. Zaznamenali sme aj, \u017ee \u010doraz viac \u013eud\u00ed hor\u00e1ch rob\u00ed testy stability snehovej pokr\u00fdvky. To je chv\u00e1lyhodn\u00e9. Netreba v\u0161ak zab\u00fada\u0165 na to, \u017ee test pod\u00e1va inform\u00e1ciu iba o jednom bode a o p\u00e1r metrov ved\u013ea m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 stabilita svahu \u00faplne in\u00e1. V\u0161etky inform\u00e1cie od n\u00e1s, ale aj z ter\u00e9nu treba bra\u0165 iba ako \u010das\u0165 sklada\u010dky. Hory s\u00fa nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 u\u017e vo svojej podstate a aj t\u00ed najsk\u00fasenej\u0161\u00ed m\u00f4\u017eu ma\u0165 proste smolu aj pri zachovan\u00ed v\u0161etk\u00fdch z\u00e1sad
