Tepl\u00e9 slne\u010dn\u00e9 po\u010dasie, chladn\u00fd vzduch a mraziv\u00e9 noci pretvorili sneh v hor\u00e1ch na typick\u00fd jarn\u00fd firn. V noci a na zatienen\u00fdch svahoch pokr\u00fdvka stvrdla a po\u010das d\u0148a oteplen\u00edm a nasvieten\u00edm odm\u00e4kla. Z poh\u013eadu lav\u00ednovej situ\u00e1cie to predstavuje iba mal\u00e9 nebezpe\u010denstvo. O\u010dak\u00e1vali sa len mal\u00e9 mokr\u00e9 lav\u00edny a splazy, z ktor\u00fdch v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina spadla u\u017e za\u010diatkom t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148a. Ale to v\u0161etko iba na ju\u017en\u00fdch, slnkom nasvieten\u00fdch svahoch. Chladn\u00fd vzduch sp\u00f4sobil, \u017ee na severn\u00fdch, slnkom nikdy nedotknut\u00fdch svahoch, sa po cel\u00fd t\u00fd\u017ede\u0148 udr\u017eiaval vo\u013en\u00fd, miestami prachov\u00fd sneh alebo vetrom naf\u00fakan\u00e1 doska.
