V\u00a0predviano\u010dnom obdob\u00ed v\u00a0piatok 23.12.2016 vl\u00e1dla na hor\u00e1ch stabiln\u00e1 inverzia, kde teploty v\u00a0najvy\u0161\u0161\u00edch poloh\u00e1ch dosahovali plusov\u00e9 hodnoty. Na hor\u00e1ch panovali jarn\u00e9 podmienky, v\u00a0stredn\u00fdch poloh\u00e1ch sa sneh v\u00fdrazne nat\u00e1pal a\u00a0z\u00a0rann\u00e9ho firnu sa v\u00a0popolud\u0148aj\u0161\u00edch hodin\u00e1ch st\u00e1vala na ju\u017en\u00fdch svahoch \u0165a\u017ek\u00e1 ka\u0161a. Na Vianoce z\u00a024 na 25.12.2016 \u00a0pri\u0161iel tepl\u00fd front, ktor\u00fd priniesol zo za\u010diatku snehov\u00e9 zr\u00e1\u017eky, no n\u00e1sledne zasiahol horsk\u00e9 oblasti Slovenska tepl\u00fd sektor. Dlho o\u010dak\u00e1van\u00fd studen\u00fd front zasiahol horsk\u00e9 \u00fazemia Slovenska v\u00a0utorok 27.12.2016, pri\u0161iel od severoz\u00e1padu a\u00a0priniesol b\u00farliv\u00fd vietor a\u00a0\u010do mnoh\u00fdch pote\u0161ilo aj mohutn\u00e9 zr\u00e1\u017eky. Siln\u00fd severoz\u00e1padn\u00fd vietor dosiahol v\u00a0n\u00e1razoch v utorok 27.12.2016 na chopku 38 m\/s ( 137 km\/h ). Sneh previeval na juhov\u00fdchodn\u00e9 z\u00e1vetern\u00e9 strany hrebe\u0148ov a\u00a0\u0161t\u00edtov. V\u00a0priebehu 48 hod\u00edm tu napadlo 80 cm nov\u00e9ho vo\u013en\u00e9ho prachov\u00e9ho snehu, pri\u010dom tento sneh bol previevan\u00fd a\u00a0ukladan\u00fd nalm\u00e4 na z\u00e1vetern\u00e9 strany. Za\u010diatkom utoroka 27.12.2016 mala snehov\u00e1 pokr\u00fdvka na automatickej meteorologickej stanici v\u00a0Zamrznutom kotli v\u00fd\u0161ku 66 cm, pri\u010dom v\u00a0\u0161tvrtok 29.12.2016 mala v\u00fd\u0161ku 232 cm. Tieto skuto\u010dnosti mali za n\u00e1sledok stanovenie zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9ho stup\u0148a lav\u00ednov\u00e9ho nebezpe\u010denstva, tretieho z\u00a0medzin\u00e1rodnej \u00a0p\u00e4\u0165dielnej stupnice.<\/p>\n<p>Nako\u013eko sneh bol na\u010falej previevan\u00fd siln\u00fdm vetrom na viacer\u00fdch miestach vznikali nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 miesta s\u00a0potencion\u00e1lnym nebezpe\u010denstvom uvo\u013enenia lav\u00edn a\u00a0t\u00fdm ohrozenia \u013eudsk\u00fdch \u017eivotov ako aj majetku. \u00a0Pracovn\u00edci Horskej z\u00e1chrannej slu\u017eby vykonali prevent\u00edvny odstrel snehovej pokr\u00fdvky v \u00a0Lomnickom sedle, kde v\u00fd\u0161ka nov\u00e9ho vetrom ubit\u00e9ho snehu presahovala 60 cm. Tento bol ulo\u017een\u00fd na tvrdej podkladovej \u013eadovej vrstve.<\/p>\n<p>Na z\u00e1ver roka n\u00e1s \u010dak\u00e1 pekn\u00e9 slne\u010dn\u00e9 inverzn\u00e9 po\u010dasie, s\u00a0n\u00edzkymi teplotami v\u00a0dolin\u00e1ch po\u010das noci a\u00a0vysok\u00fdmi teplotami cez de\u0148. Sneh cez de\u0148 sfirnovatie a\u00a0po\u010das noci n\u00e1sledne zamrzne, \u010do pozit\u00edvne ovplyvn\u00ed jeho stabilitu. Pozor si v\u0161ak treba da\u0165 na slnkom nasvieten\u00e9 stredn\u00e9 polohy, kde sneh po\u010das popolud\u0148aj\u0161\u00edch hod\u00edn natop\u00ed snehov\u00fa pokr\u00fdvku a\u017e pr\u00edli\u017e. \u0160\u0165astn\u00fd nov\u00fd rok V\u00e1m \u017eelaj\u00fa pracovn\u00edci Strediska lav\u00ednovej prevencie Horskej z\u00e1chrannej slu\u017eby.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<style
