Tento je siln\u00fdm vetrom nerovnomerne rozmiestnen\u00fd v ter\u00e9ne. Preva\u017ene severoz\u00e1padn\u00fd vietor ho umiestnil predov\u0161etk\u00fdm do ju\u017en\u00fdch a juhov\u00fdchodn\u00fdch svahov, kde sa vytvorili nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 snehov\u00e9 \u00fatvary &#8211; dosky a vank\u00fa\u0161e. Na hrebe\u0148och sa tie\u017e vytvorili ve\u013ek\u00e9 preveje. Nov\u00fd sneh sa nezviazal so starou snehovou pokr\u00fdvkou, ktor\u00e1 tie\u017e bola dos\u0165 nestabiln\u00e1. K nestabilite snehovej pokr\u00fdvky prispievaj\u00fa aj n\u00edzke teploty vzduchu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Od dne\u0161n\u00e9ho r\u00e1na (9.2.2015) do obeda napadlo \u010fal\u0161\u00edch nieko\u013eko cm nov\u00e9ho snehu (Lomnick\u00fd \u0161t\u00edt 6 cm, Chopok 5 cm). Tento je z vysok\u00fdch pol\u00f4h siln\u00fdm vetrom preva\u017ene severoz\u00e1padn\u00fdm vetrom previevan\u00fd ni\u017e\u0161ie do \u00fadol\u00ed.Preto sa zd\u00e1, \u017ee v stredn\u00fdch poloh\u00e1ch napadlo od r\u00e1na viac snehu (v oblasti Sliezskeho domu 30 cm, 60 cm pod Lomnick\u00fdm sedlom). Tento sneh sa nach\u00e1dza na tvrd\u0161\u00edch, miestami a\u017e \u013eadov\u00fdch vrstv\u00e1ch star\u0161ieho snehu. Samotn\u00e9 ve\u013ek\u00e9 mno\u017estvo previateho a novonapadnut\u00e9ho snehu m\u00f4\u017ee sp\u00f4sobi\u0165 samovo\u013en\u00e9 uvo\u013enenie aj stredne ve\u013ek\u00fdch lav\u00edn na strm\u00fdch svahoch (nad 30\u00b0).
