Po\u010das no\u010dn\u00e9ho sne\u017eenia sme zaznamenali od 15 do 20 cm nov\u00e9ho prachov\u00e9ho snehu. Toto sne\u017eenie v\u0161ak bolo sprev\u00e1dzan\u00e9 siln\u00fdm vetrom, ktor\u00fd vytvoril na z\u00e1vetern\u00fdch svahoch naf\u00fakan\u00e9 vank\u00fa\u0161e nov\u00e9ho snehu. Tie dosahovali miestami aj viac ako 1m. Podklad tohto nov\u00e9ho snehu tvorila tvrd\u00e1, neust\u00e1lym rozm\u0155zan\u00edm a zam\u0155zan\u00edm spevnen\u00e1 vrstva firnu, a\u017e \u013eadu. Hne\u010f zr\u00e1na za\u010dali teploty st\u00fapa\u0165 aj vo vy\u0161\u0161\u00edch poloh\u00e1ch a\u017e k 0\u00b0C. Sneh vlhol, o\u0165a\u017eieval a naf\u00fakan\u00e9 snehov\u00e9 vank\u00fa\u0161e a dosky predtavovali nebezpe\u010dentvo u\u017e pri malom dodato\u010dnom za\u0165a\u017een\u00ed.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">V dopolud\u0148aj\u0161\u00edch hodin\u00e1ch sme zaznamenali viacero men\u0161\u00edch lav\u00edn, ktor\u00e9 boli uvo\u013enen\u00e9 preva\u017ene mechanicky, po dodato\u010dnom za\u0165a\u017een\u00ed pri ly\u017eovan\u00ed na strm\u00fdch, exponovan\u00fdch svahoch. Jednu z nich si uvo\u013enil slovenk\u00fd ly\u017eiar, pri ly\u017eovan\u00ed \u017e\u013eabu vo V\u00fdchodnom Dere\u0161skom kotli. \u017d\u013eab m\u00e1 severov\u00fdchodn\u00fa orient\u00e1ciu, so sklonom vo vrchn\u00fdch parti\u00e1ch cez 40\u00b0. Lav\u00edna, s \u010diarov\u00fdm odtrhom dlh\u00fdm pribli\u017ene 30 m a miestami vysok\u00fdm a\u017e 1m, sa uvo\u013enila po tom, ako do \u017e\u013eabu naly\u017eoval druh\u00fd ly\u017eiar. Po strhnut\u00ed ho lav\u00edna un\u00e1\u0161ala pribli\u017ene 150 m. Strhnut\u00fd ly\u017eiar dok\u00e1zal aktivova\u0165 lav\u00ednov\u00fd batoh, s ktor\u00fdm sa mu podarilo osta\u0165 na povrchu lav\u00ednov\u00e9ho n\u00e1nosu. Po zastaven\u00ed lav\u00edny bol \u010diato\u010dne (po p\u00e1s) zasypan\u00fd a z n\u00e1nosu sa dostal s kamar\u00e1tskou pomocou n\u00e1hodn\u00fdch svedkov lav\u00edny.<\/div>\n<div
