Po\u010dasie, sneh a lav\u00edny v poslednom t\u00fd\u017edni roka 2023 (23.12-29.12.2023)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Ve\u010der pred \u0161tedr\u00fdm d\u0148om to v horstv\u00e1ch Slovenska, ale aj pod nimi vyzeralo skuto\u010dne viano\u010dne a rozpr\u00e1vkovo. Za peri\u00f3du sne\u017eenia (21-24.12) pripadlo na niektor\u00fdch lokalit\u00e1ch a\u017e 80cm nov\u00e9ho snehu. Na \u0160tedr\u00fd de\u0148 do poludnia rozvoniavala po dedin\u00e1ch kapustnica, sneh v\u0155zgal pod snehu\u013eami a kto sa vydal do hory po strom\u010dek bez ly\u017e\u00ed alebo zaznamenali vo Fatr\u00e1ch a Z\u00e1padn\u00fdch Tatr\u00e1ch, zatia\u013e \u010do vo v\u00fdchodnej \u010dasti Vysok\u00fdch a N\u00edzkych Tatier snehu takmer  nepribudlo. Sneh za\u010dal postupne sada\u0165, pokr\u00fdvka sa postupne prem\u00e1\u010dala. V dedin\u00e1ch sme snehule museli vymeni\u0165 za gum\u00e1ky. V stredn\u00fdch poloh\u00e1ch za\u010dala snehov\u00e1 pokr\u00fdvka str\u00e1ca\u0165 na svojej v\u00fd\u0161ke r\u00fdchlos\u0165ou 15-20 cm za 24 hod\u00edn. Hlavn\u00fdm lav\u00ednov\u00fdm probl\u00e9mom sa stal mokr\u00fd sneh. V priebehu noci z utorka 26.12.2023 na stredu 27.12.2023 sme zaznamenali pr\u00edsun vy\u0161\u0161ieho tlaku vzduchu do v\u0161etk\u00fdch horsk\u00fdch oblast\u00ed, \u010do prinieslo ochladenie. T\u00e1to situ\u00e1cia s\u00edce stabilizovala lav\u00ednov\u00fd stupe\u0148, av\u0161ak sp\u00f4sobila ve\u013emi n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 podmienky na pohyb v horskom ter\u00e9ne. Povrch snehovej pokr\u00fdvky stvrdol, v stredn\u00fdch poloh\u00e1ch sa vytvorila siln\u00e1 k\u00f4ra, vo vy\u0161\u0161\u00edch poloh\u00e1ch sa na niektor\u00fdch miestach vytvoril siln\u00fd vo\u013en\u00fd \u013ead. Ly\u017ee sme mohli vymeni\u0165 za kor\u010dule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nasleduj\u00face dni priniesli striedanie no\u010dn\u00fdch z\u00e1porn\u00fdch a denn\u00fdch kladn\u00fdch tepl\u00f4t. Lav\u00ednov\u00fd stupe\u0148 postupne klesol na 1. stupe\u0148 lav\u00ednov\u00e9ho nebezpe\u010denstva. T\u00e1to situ\u00e1cia bude pokra\u010dova\u0165 aj cez v\u00edkend. Povrch snehovej pokr\u00fdvky bude neust\u00e1le tvrdn\u00fa\u0165. Pohyb v horskom ter\u00e9ne si aktu\u00e1lne vy\u017eaduje adekv\u00e1tnu v\u00fdbavu (st\u00fapacie \u017eelez\u00e1, \u010dakan) a zna\u010dn\u00e9 sk\u00fasenosti s pohybom na tak tvrdom podklade.
